Easy Peach Cobbler

I don't know what it is about a warm fruity/buttery dessert, but it always makes me happy and it's definitely my kind of comfort food. The thing I love about this dessert is that it's fast and it only takes a few ingredients--most of which I always have stocked in my pantry. Perfect for a last minute dessert.

Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk

1/2 cup melted butter
24oz jar sliced peaches in light syrup, drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a 2 quart baking dish spray bottom and sides well with non-stick cooking spray. In a medium bowl mix together flour, sugar and milk well. Pour batter into baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over batter and evenly add peaches over top. Bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown. Serve warm with your favorite vanilla ice cream.
