One of my favorite sandwiches packed with flavor your taste buds will thank you for!
Torta rolls or Ciabatta/Torta bread or rolls
2 - 3 Tablespoons Pesto
Tomato
Lettue
Honey smoked or roasted turkey
Mozzarella cheese, 1 or 2 thin slices
Mayonaise
Dijon mustard
If you don't want to make the pesto, Costco has a great bottle just waiting for you. Also, try your local market's deli section.
Ciabatta is the perfect bread for this sandwich. The Pesto seeps into all the little nooks and crannies--and don't be afraid to go a little overboard on the application of the pesto. In my opinion, the more the better. Enjoy!
